Concat Privacy Policy

①Privacy Policy

Concat (hereinafter, the "Company") acts as a data controller in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spain's Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), processing and managing users' personal data in a legal and secure manner. This Concat Privacy Policy applies to all Concat services (hereinafter, the "Services") offered by the Company, including WeCrush.

②Personal data collected and collection methods

The Company collects the minimum personal data necessary for the provision of the Services:

Mandatory information:

• Email address
• Date of birth
• Name
• Username

Optional information:

• Profile picture
• Personal description
• Interests

Information collected when using the location-based service ('Snap' feature):

• When creating a 'Snap' post, the "Company" collects the device's precise location information (GPS coordinates). This is collected based on the "Member's" separate and explicit consent.
• The "Company" uses the collected GPS coordinates to convert them into approximate location information ('city name' and 'country name'), and the collected original GPS coordinates are stored for 7 days from the date of collection, after which they are destroyed.

Additional or specific data may be requested and collected through separate consent procedures via the user support process and internal Service notifications.
